जनता की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करना केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों का लक्ष्य: पीएम मोदी
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अर्थव्यवस्था की वृद्धि दर दोहरे अंकों में पहुंचाने को एक बड़ी चुनौती करार देते हुए आज कहा कि जनता की आकांक्षायें पूरा करना केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए;
नयी दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अर्थव्यवस्था की वृद्धि दर दोहरे अंकों में पहुंचाने को एक बड़ी चुनौती करार देते हुए आज कहा कि जनता की आकांक्षायें पूरा करना केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए।
मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति भवन के सांस्कृतिक भवन में नीति आयाेग की संचालन परिषद की चौथी बैठक के उद्घाटन सत्र में मुख्यमंत्रियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि वित्त वर्ष 2017 - 18 की चौथी तिमाही में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की विकास दर 7.7 प्रतिशत दर्ज की गयी है लेकिन अब इसे दोहरे अंकों तक ले जाना एक बड़ी चुनौती है। इसके लिए महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाने होंगे।
PM opined that India has no shortage of capabilities, capacities and resources. In the current financial year, States are receiving over 11 lakh crore rupees from the Centre, which is an increase of about 6 lakh crore rupees, from the last year of the previous government.
प्रधानमंत्री ने वस्तु एवं सेवाकर को लागू करने का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि यह सहकारी संघवाद का बेहतरीन उदाहरण है। जटिल मुद्दों पर ‘टीम इंडिया’ की भावना परिलक्षित हुई है। मुख्ममंत्रियों की विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है।
स्वच्छ भारत अभियान, डिजीटल लेन देन और कौशल विकास जैसे मुद्दों पर बनी समिति और उपसमितियो के सुझावों को केंद्र सरकार आैर विभिन्न मंत्रालयों ने लागू किया है। संचालन परिषद देश में ऐतिहासिक परिवर्तन लाने का एक सशक्त माध्यम बन सकती है। उन्होंने बाढ़ प्रभावित सभी राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों को हरसंभव सहायता का आश्वासन दिया।
He pointed that the target is universal coverage in seven important welfare schemes: Ujjwala, Saubhagya, Ujala, Jan Dhan, Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, Suraksha Bima Yojana, and Mission Indradhanush. He said this target was recently accomplished in about 17,000 villages.
Shri Narendra Modi said that the Gram Swaraj Abhiyan has emerged as a new model for implementation of schemes. He said that this has so far been extended to 45,000 villages in the Aspirational Districts.
The Prime Minister stated that schemes such as Mudra Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana and Stand Up India, are helping in greater financial inclusion. He emphasized the need for tackling economic imbalances on priority.
