कांग्रेस ने अपने शासनकाल में भ्रष्टाचार की बारूदी सुरंगें बिछायीं हैं:  रविशंकर प्रसाद

नयी दिल्ली। भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने कांग्रेस पर चार साल से भय और भ्रम की राजनीति करने का आरोप लगाते हुए आज कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी अपने शासनकाल में किए गए आकंठ भ्रष्टाचार की जवाबदेही से बचने के लिए देश से सिलसिलेवार ढंग से झूठ बोल रही है।

भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता और केन्द्रीय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने यहां एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा कि कांग्रेस ने अपने शासनकाल में भ्रष्टाचार की इतनी बारूदी सुरंगें बिछायीं हैं कि गाहे बगाहे कहीं से भी उनके फटने की धमक सुनायी देती है और कांग्रेस खुद की जवाबदेही से बचने के लिए चार साल से ‘भय और भ्रम’ की राजनीति कर रही है।

प्रसाद ने कहा कि नोटबंदी अौर वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) को लेकर देश में भ्रम फैलाने वाले और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी पर ‘जुमला’ कहने का आरोप लगाने वाले पूर्व वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम के बारे में खुलासा हुआ है कि अगस्त 2013 में सरकारी कंपनियों को सोने का अायात की इजाज़त देने वाली 80:20 योजना लायी गयी थी और जिस समय 16 मई 2014 को जब आम चुनावों की मतगणना चल रही थी, उस वक्त निवर्तमान वित्त मंत्री ने सात निजी कंपनियों को इस योजना में लाभ देने का आदेश दिया था जिनमें गीतांजलि और फायर स्टार शामिल थीं।

उन्होंने कहा कि इन फैसले को 21 मई को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने भी मंज़ूरी दे दी थी जबकि 27 मई को मोदी सरकार ने कार्यभार संभाला था। कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी और चिदंबरम को बताना चाहिए कि यह जुमला है या सचाई और वे कौन लोग थे जो गीतांजलि एवं फायर स्टार के लिए खेमेबंदी कर रहे थे।

उन्होंने दावा किया कि श्री चिदंबरम को ‘ऊपर से सीधा आशीर्वाद’ था इसलिए वह ये सब कर रहे थे। अन्यथा जब मालूम हो गया था कि उनकी सरकार चली गयी है तो भी वे इस खेल में किसलिए लगे रहे।

There was a Scheme 80:20 introduced in August 2013 & repealed in November 2014. On 16th May 2014, the date of the declaration of results, the then Finance Minister gave 'aashirvaad' to 7 pvt companies under 80:20 Scheme. प्रसाद ने यह दावा भी किया कि जिस जतिन मेहता के बारे में कांग्रेस ने भाजपा पर उंगली उठायी है, वह जतिन मेहता 2012 में देश से फरार हो गया था और मई 2014 में मोदी सरकार के आने के पहले ही केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने उसकी फाइल बंद कर दी थी।
