चेन्नई। द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) के नेताओं ने गुरुवार को 2जी घोटाले में सभी आरोपियों को बरी किए जाने के दिल्ली की अदालत के फैसले की सराहना की। 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम घोटाले में पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री ए.राजा, राज्यसभा सांसद कनिमोझी भी आरोपी थीं।

अदालत के फैसले के बाद पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता पार्टी मुख्यालय के बाहर इकट्ठा हो गए और इस फैसले का जश्न मनाया।

विशेष न्यायाधीश ओ.पी.सैनी ने केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) सहित द्वारा दायर दोनों मामलों में सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।

कांग्रेस नेतृत्व वाली संयुक्त प्रगतिशील गठबंधन (यूपीए) सरकार के दौरान 2008 में दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम के लाइसेंस आवंटन में कथित तौर पर अनिमितता हुई थी, जिसका 2010 में कैग की रिपोर्ट के बाद व्यापक स्तर पर खुलासा हुआ।
डीएमके नेता दुराई मुरुगन और राज्यसभा सांसद पी.शिवा ने फैसले पर खुशी जताई। कांग्रेस नेताओं ने भी इस फैसले पर खुशी जताई।
इस फैसले का स्वागत करते हुए पुडुचेरी के मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता वी.नारायणसामी ने संवाददाताओं को बताया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ने कांग्रेस और डीएमके के खिलाफ झूठा अभियान चलाकर राजनीतिक लाभ उठाया है।
तमिलनाडु कांग्रेस नेता एस.तिरुनावुक्कारासर ने टीवी चैनल को बताया कि आखिरकर सच्चाई की जीत हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा झूठे प्रचार के दम पर सत्ता में आई और यह फैसला डीएमके की भावी जीत की दिशा में पहला कदम है।
कपिल सिब्बल ने भी इस फैसले पर खुशी जताई
